Terms & Conditions Affiliate Program

1. Program Description

Slimtherapy offers an affiliate referral program (“Affiliate Program”) that allows independent individuals or entities to earn commissions by referring new customers to Slimtherapy using a unique promotional code.

Slimtherapy provides medical weight management services, including but not limited to Semaglutide and Tirzepatide, always under medical supervision.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements under U.S. law.

Slimtherapy reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.

3. Commission Structure

Affiliates will earn a 10% commission on the price of each paid plan purchased by a referred customer, excluding shipping or delivery fees.

Commissions are:

• Calculated only after the referred customer has successfully completed payment.

• Not generated from canceled, refunded, disputed, or chargeback transactions.

There is no minimum guaranteed income. Earnings depend solely on valid completed sales.

4. Payment of Commissions

Commissions will be paid monthly, at the end of each calendar month, using the payment method selected by the Affiliate in the registration form.

Slimtherapy is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete payment information provided by the Affiliate.

5. Independent Contractor Relationship

Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees, partners, agents, or representatives of Slimtherapy.

Nothing in this agreement shall be interpreted as:

• An employment relationship

• A labor contract

• A joint venture or partnership

Affiliates are solely responsible for their own taxes, licenses, permits, and legal obligations.

6. Marketing and Promotion Responsibilities

Affiliates are fully responsible for how they promote Slimtherapy and its services.

Affiliates agree that they:

• Will not make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims.

• Will not provide medical advice.

• Will not represent themselves as healthcare providers or Slimtherapy staff.

All marketing must clearly state that Slimtherapy services require medical evaluation and supervision.

7. Medical Disclaimer

Slimtherapy does not guarantee specific medical results.

All treatments, including Semaglutide and Tirzepatide, are provided only after evaluation by licensed healthcare professionals.

Affiliates must not:

• Promise results.

• Diagnose conditions.

• Suggest dosage or treatment plans.

8. Limitation of Liability

Slimtherapy shall not be liable for:

• Any actions taken by Affiliates.

• Any claims, damages, losses, or legal disputes arising from Affiliate marketing practices.

Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless Slimtherapy from any third-party claims related to their promotional activities.

9. Termination

Slimtherapy may terminate an Affiliate’s participation at any time, with or without cause, especially in cases of:

• Fraud

• Misrepresentation

• Violation of these Terms

Upon termination, unpaid commissions for invalid or disputed transactions will be forfeited.

10. Modification of Terms

Slimtherapy reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
